Cost and Registration

  • $45 (This does not include the entrance fee to the park, the entrance fee is $5 per person.)

  • Registration Opens October 21st, 2018, Closes March 17th, 2019. There is no late registration.

  • Price remains the same until March 17th, 2019.

Information

The LINK contains drum rudiments, guidon execution commands, basic marching and live events from this year's area Drill events. TX MG Drilling and Marching 

 

Participants

  • Minimum of 3 Master Guides

  • Maximum of 6 Master Guides

  • It is recommended that the club director, club drill master, guidon bearer and drummer attend to this camp for training. Another club member may attend in place of any mentioned above.

 

What to bring

  • A drum

  • A Guidon

  • Class B uniform

  • Camping Gear

  • Personal items (Bible, Camping Chair, etc.)

 

Camping

  • Camping has been reserved for about 100 people to this camp. Register as soon as possible to reserve your spot.

  • 12 campsites have been reserved. Each campsite with capacity for 8 people.

  • Keep in mind that the campsites are not too big to accommodate more than 4 tents, so make plans to camp as a club (with club members) to have the least amount of tents in each campsite.

  • Only 2 vehicles are allowed in each campsite, but we have some additional parking space. Please try to carpool as well to minimize the number of vehicles.

  • Campsite location and parking space location will be provided based on a first come, first serve basis. You may start arriving on Friday, May 26th at noon to get the best choice.
